All bookings for the 'Your Story, Your Song' ultimate event experience require a formal confirmation and an upfront deposit to secure the date. The final balance must be cleared prior to the event date. Late payments may result in the forfeiture of the booking slot and the custom media production schedule.
Our luxury transport service operates under strict safety and conduct guidelines:
Director Jerome Fortune utilizes professional Nikon DSLR camera systems, shooting exclusively in uncompressed RAW format to guarantee maximum quality. Because post-production requires meticulous color grading and audio engineering, clients can expect delivery of final master photos, highlight reels, and the custom digital audio track within the agreed-upon post-event timeframe. Unedited RAW files are strictly not for public release.
By securing a booking with Your Story, Your Song, the client expressly grants permission for the use of any captured visual media (photographs and video footage) and custom-produced audio tracks to be used for the company's promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, feature placement in our online digital gallery, social media platforms, and internal portfolio reviews.
In the unlikely event of extreme weather, catastrophic vehicle failure, or severe technical malfunction, the company will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement or alternative service. If a client cancels within 14 days of the event, the initial deposit remains non-refundable due to the preparation required for our custom studio tracks and logistics planning.
